A blend of red and white grapes Cabernet Franc and Pinot Gris from Orange and Tumbarumba vineyards. The Franc was destemmed and the Gris direct pressed. All fermented wild and aged in old barrels for 18 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered and unsulfured.
A full spectrum of red, blue and black fruits upfront with hints of olive and leafiness in the background, finishing round, pillow-like and finely textured.
