If there is one reason why we tough-out the cold climate at Arranmore, well this is it! Being an East / South facing slope on top off a breezy hill it can feel relentlessly cold. When we drive out the driveway it feels like anywhere in SA is warmer than us, and that's probably the truth.
In the glass it glistens like an emerald. The nose greets you with South East Asian flavours of kafir lime, coriander and mangosteen. The palate shows wet slate minerality like a signature of our Domaine. The palate is rich and full with a powdery / crunchy, savory / sweet texture like a green papaya.
