Kongorong, SA. Hand-destemmed, whole berries of Pinot Noir and Gris infused into Chardonnay juice picked on the same morning. An excuse to drink chardonnay but in red. Grown on a limestone reef at the bottom of South Australia. Fermented and aged in Stainless Steel. Rhubarb, raspberries and oyster shells.
