From the Vine Vale sub-region of the Barossa Valley. Certified Biodynamically farmed by the Ahrens Family. Tiny parcels were handled between 2-4 days skin contact, barrel fermented, lees contact. All leads to a textural expression of the 2 varieties, with plenty of spice and acid to pull it all together.
Steve Crawford started his Barossa label under the pseudonym of Frederick Stevenson whilst working at a larger winery. One of the nicest guys in wine that continues to impress each and every year.
