A bright, joyous Syrah that unfurls in the glass with aromas of dark cherry, rose petal, blood orange and allspice. Light on its feet and yet layered, with a fleshy core of fruit, powdery tannins and a distinct minerality, it strikes a balance between delicious immediacy and thoughtful intrigue.
"I've spent the last five years working in wineries and vineyards both here in Victoria and France - Toolangi Vineyards, Mount Mary Vineyard, Little Reddie, Place of Changing Winds, Alice & Olivier De Moor. Along the way I've developed a detailed appreciation for the necessity of good, honest and ethical farming and sustainability across all aspects of production.
