It doesn’t matter how, split it, don’t forget, you’ve got to do it We are thrilled to have made our first Chenin Blanc. A grape variety we have loved for a long time. We wanted to make a textural and full flavoured Chenin from the warm flats of Gundgai, NSW. So here they are.
