The wine has a fresh golden color with a greenish tinge at the edge. The fragrance bouquet is seductive with hints of passion fruit, a little citrus and elderflower. The taste offers fresh lovely nuances of tropical fruit in perfect balance with discreet and well-balanced acidity that gives it a pleasant structure and a clean finish. Château de Sancerre is unique in French wine, as the 10th-century castle shares its name with the wine appellation. Spanning 55 hectares, the estate encompasses four distinct vineyard sites, each contributing unique terroir-driven characteristics to the wine. The region's rolling hills and continental climate create perfect conditions for cultivating Sauvignon Blanc, the signature white grape of this renowned area
