Experience the ancient soul of Georgian winemaking with Pheasant's Tears Rkatsiteli Bodbiskhevi 2023. This 100% Rkatsiteli "amber" wine, crafted in traditional qvevri with extended skin contact, pours a captivating golden amber. On the nose, expect intriguing notes of wild honey, delicate blossom flowers, and dried mango. The palate, though full-bodied, remains remarkably dry and vibrant, unfolding flavors of orange rind, dried apricot, and a nutty character with a distinct savory minerality. Unfined, unfiltered, and made with minimal sulfur, this natural wine, typically around 12-13% ABV, offers a unique textural richness and is a versatile pairing for a range of dishes from salads to roasted meats.

Come curious. Leave with a new favourite.
We don’t tell you what to drink. You don’t need to know your varietals, regions or vintages, and you certainly don’t need to pretend you do. Tell us what you like, hate, what you’ve tried or curious about — we’ll take it from there. Sometimes the best bottle is the one you didn’t know you wanted.
