VITICULTURE: 100% Mourvedre From a vineyard planted in 2001. 100% whole-bunch fermented. Typically complex dark fruit, earth and oriental spice on the nose. The palate is juicy and substantial with a lushness and again a great vibrancy. The tannins have a nice Mourvedre firmness about them and support the wine beautifully, this is great drinking and really shows this wonderful but sometime cantankerous grape variety in the best light. Fluid and long in the mouth
