Let’s talk about rotundity. This wine is very rotundous. We can now say with confidence we’ve honed out the winemaking for this one. 7 years of trial and error have paid off. Juicy plums, chocolate and texture for days! And, yes, black pepper! We are very grateful to Ernst for his relentless dedication to the vineyard. As always, an unapologetic celebration of harmony and LOVE.
