"Year after year, this wine yields the most pleasant of surprises. Known as Trousseau in France and Bastardo in Portugal, this variety has been in the country for years. Often disregarded due to its early ripening tendency, but when you embrace this characteristic, you’ll find pretty fruits and earthy tones. It's such a dainty little number, carrying layers of berries, spice and savoury notes all interwoven beautifully through a delicate acidity and playful tannins.
