The La Rossa was made to be a perfect go-to Mediterranean style ambient red. The grapes we sourced are originally from Italy and Spain, with Zac and I wanting to replicate the medium-bodies tannic wines that we so much love from these countries. Medium bodied Mediterranean style red. Deep ruby notes and a touch of oregano, complimented by a fresh and smooth tannic finish. A portion of the wine spent 5 months on French oak, adding to the depth of the wine. We recommend serving at 18 degrees, so popping it into the fridge for 10 minutes is advised in Summer.
