Aka is a bright colourful chilled red blend. Made from blend of Tempranillo, Shiraz & Cabernet. Design to drink with chilled with mates, perfect summer red. Havrested from our Yungarra vineyard, then destemed into open fermeneters. Cold maceration for 3 – 5 days then pressed off to tank for chill ferment & natural malo. Simply racked to blend themn bottle.
‘Lazy-bones’ winemaker Josephine Perry takes a hands-off approach in the winery, focused on letting the vineyard speak. Organic and biodynamic fruit and zero adds apart from minimal sulphur, her wines express the unique terroirs of the Margaret River and Swan Valley.
