Guy Palmer-Brown and Tania Davey are a (former) UK hospo duo of the highest calibre. With a combined 30+ years of experience in London's finest restaurants (including St John Food & Wine, Clove Club and Nomad London, just to name drop a few), they relocated to Tania's hometown of Adelaide in 2021, to raise their two beautiful girls and start 'living the dream'. Prior to meeting Tania, Guy was chasing the winemaker life. He worked vintages in the Southern Rhone, Oregon, England itself and eventually Burgundy, where their first solo project came to life. Suffice to say, through his years of travels as wine buyer and maker, Guy has acquired a level of firsthand, international know-how that most could only dream of.
