Hand picked in early February, whole bunch pressed, racked and fermented in stainless steel. The wine spends time on lees in tank to build texture before being bottled in late spring, once it has warmed up.
A beautiful, rich golden colour with green hues. Ripe apples, quince and orchard fruits with a creamy, buttery texture. Fresh with good fruit ripeness. An absolute beauty of minerality, richness, and elegance.
