100% Riesling from Nanima Road, Murrumbateman. Grown on granite soils at elevation in a cool-climate site known for producing finely structured, high-acid Riesling.
From the granite slopes of Nanima Road in Murrumbateman, this dry Riesling is taut, aromatic and finely detailed. Bottled at the very end of fermentation, it holds a faint natural spritz that brings lift and freshness. Lime zest, citrus blossom and a chalky mineral edge run through the palate, finishing clean, long and precise.
