Fiano from Gundagai NSW – a fascinating southern Italian white with a richer, almost waxy texture that’s known to be age worthy.
100% directly gently basket pressed to old French oak barrels, with a small portion of the skins thrown back in until just before bottling. Bottled in January 2026.
