Rosnay Organic Vineyard Canowindra Grenache. De-stemmed and wild fermented on skins, in stainless steel for 10 days and then gently pressed off to complete fermentation. Transferred to clay amphorae eggs to age and settle. Racked once more off gross lees back into amphorae and then bottle by gravity straight from the egg 6 months later. No adds to this one, 700 bottles only. Light and juicy cranberry and plums with a deep earthy undertone and tannin.
