Made from Hunter Valley Chardonnay, this skin contact wine is rich, textural and full of quiet complexity. Bright apple and lemon are joined by dried apricot and baked quince, while hints of chamomile, candied orange peel and toasted almonds add warmth and savoury depth. Gentle tannins give the wine a soft grip, balanced by fresh acidity that keeps everything bright and refreshing. Dry, savoury and beautifully balanced, this is a Chardonnay that offers something a little different while remaining incredibly drinkable.
