Deceptively simple, we took our complex farmhouse base Austin, and dry hopped it with one of our favorite new hops, Strata. Stratavarious pours golden yellow with a pillowy head. Delicate aromas of straw and lemongrass transform into elegant layers of nuanced citrus, complex mango, grapefruit, bright melon and berry with a dry tart finish.
