Our alien baby. Homage to Carl Sagan and Sigourney Weaver. An extraterrestrial sparkling rose made with carbonic cabernet, grown lovingly by our friends from Sutherland estate in Dixons Creek. Ancestral method. Pet Nat. No additions. Raspberries and cherries. Crisp, juicy and bright.

Fin wines consists of JonJo McEvoy, Oliver Johns, and Angus Hean. We produce a range of wines, ciders, piquettes and other fun drinks emphasising youth and vivacity. We are doing this in a very lo-fi way in terms of minimal additions, spontaneous fermentation and minimal faffery in the winery. We source high-quality fruit using varieties that are suited to the climate they are growing in. We are working with fruit primarily from the Yarra Valley and Nagambie Lakes, with growers that aim to be sustainable as possible including regenerative and organic practices.
