Nose: Quince, cooked apple, dried apricot, fig, honey Palate: beautiful balance of high acidity, medium to high tannins and flavor concentration. Rkatsiteli contributes to tannins, rich texture and overall, to the structure of wine. While Mtsvane adds aroma and flavor complexity, and crisp acidity. Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane both native varieties from Kakheti region, are commonly blended for amber wines made in Qvevri. The wine has rich mid palate and long finish.
