Our Wild Honey is the only honey of its kind commercially available in Australia. It is produced in bee-friendly Warré beehives in small, isolated apiaries throughout the Blue Mountains Wilderness and Central Tablelands. The location of our apiaries and our deep commitment to Warré Beekeeping and Natural Beekeeping practices allow the bees to build their own comb, guaranteeing purity. Each variety is cold strained or pressed from 100% natural comb, contains high levels of bee bread (pollen) and propolis and is scientifically proven to be therapeutically beneficial (ranging from TA 21+ to TA 39+).

Due to this incredible diversity, no single jar of honey is the same each speaks of the utterly unique landscape of the Blue Mountains. This honey is a distillation of the nectar from woodland, open forest, closed forest (rainforest), heathland, swampland, stream communities and the hanging swamps that occur on vertical cliff faces.
