The wines are often a little fruitier and richer, on display in this here blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay and Aligoté. Green apple and lemon pop super fresh, with spicier, warmer notes like cinnamon and buttered toast underlying the dry textural finish. Elegant, and surprisingly vivid in the glass, this copper-gold fizz promises a party.
