Valerie Frison's tiny estate in the Aube is planted almost entirely to pinot noir on Kimmeridgian clay and limestone. She works biodynamically, without the use of chemicals or pesticides, opts for wild ferments in old Chablis barrels, no adds, without fining, filtration or dosage.
100% pinot noir. On lees for six months before resting in bottle for 19 months. Electric and mineral with a distinct richness and texture.
