Brewed with a West German–inspired water profile, then given a quiet One Drop twist.

We’ve kept the hop bill focused and deliberate, using only hand-selected Motueka - New Zealand’s answer to Saaz - bringing soft noble character with a gentle citrus lift.

Clean, crisp and balanced, with a subtle zing that keeps things fresh without making noise. Traditional at heart. Modern in execution.
