Tis Gemini season! and we've packed up the perfect present for your favourite gemini (or for yourself!)

We're putting a spotlight on Simon Amber's "gemini" range - Organic fruit, zero adds, pure and ethereal wines. On offer is a skin-contact chardy, a cab sav/savignon blanc blend that drinks like a rosé and a light red made with merlot and cabernet sauvignon. We've also included chicken salt from Fancy Hanks and some magic spicy dust - both of which are sure to start conversations around the dinner table.

Gemini

Gemini is the project of young winemaker Simon Amber, who spent the last number of years working with Manon in Forest Range (Adelaide Hills). Needing more space to explore his own winemaking, he began sharing a winery space with Travis Tausend in Mount Compass a couple of years ago. Each of these new releases from Gemini are full of energy and are beautifully structured, and all are made with zero additions, filtration or fining.
