Description
The raw honey for used for this mead actually comes from Brendan's hives, just around the corner from our little shop in Newtown! Probably the most local beverage we have. Made from nothing but raw honey, diluted with pure water and naturally fermented with wild yeasts. Bottled with a small amount of residual sugar, it's naturally carbonated much like pét-nat. Honest, pure and expressive. We love it. Thanks Brendan!
