Trust The Process is a traditional 45 day lagered Czech Pilsner. We've used light colour pilsner malts and fermented long and cold with a Pilsen yeast strain to get that classic bready Pilsner profile we all love. The flavour profile is light but smooth, with a pleasant upfront bitterness and berry notes thanks to hops. The finish is refreshing with a nice lingering dry finish. Trust the process.
