Like all of our bitter drinks this one is a little different but still very much sits within our Saison belief system. Our first release is a wine based amaro using moscato from north eastern Victoria. Layered with a ton of organically farmed globe artichoke, wild thistles, wild lavender and meyer lemon. This amaro is bittered, balanced and aged in oak before bottling.
