Description
This beer ferments and matures for 12 months in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. At the end of maturation, blackberries grown by the three brothers on Berici Hills and Tai Rosso grapes are added. Bottle conditioned, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
Ruby red colour. Woody and funky with floral notes, but above all the vinous and fruity aromas of berries are predominately. Dry and well carbonated.
