Well we like to think that this is it! | Wild Native Strawberry Gum Eucalyptus leaves are crushed and sprinkled across mounds of fresh watermelon, before being mixed with the skins of wild feral oranges & wild foraged Native Lemon Myrtle - and then left to ferment for several months.

The result? Juicy, bright, sherbert like flavours which are absolutely unreal! The result is a sweet yet tantalisingly zingy drop that can be enjoyed to elevate any style ot non alcoholic or spirited mixed drink into the stratosphere. Pair with a splash of soda or ginger beer and fresh apple & berries, or dash it with tequila, mezcal, whiskey, or vodka.
